Jonathan Majors was arrested in New York City for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.
According to TMZ, Majors got in an argument with his gf while in a taxi returning home from a bar in Brooklyn.
Apparently his girlfriend caught him texting another woman. She confronted him and tried to look in his phone. Allegedly Majors got mad and allegedly slapped her and put his hands around her throat.
After the alleged incident, sources say that Majors dropped her off and stayed somewhere else. The girlfriend went to the police Saturday morning to report the incident.
Majors was booked Saturday morning on charges of strangulation, assault and harassment. Despite the allegations, his team is calling this all cap.
