It’s going DOWN this Saturday, October 24, 2020, in Mebane, NC. It’s the very first EVER Ox Fest Music Festival featuring Headliners, Petey Pablo & Pastor Troy, and some of the most hottest rising new artists. 

Gates will open at 1 pm, and the festival will be from 2 pm-9 pm. Bring the whole family out! That’s right the kids are invited too. There will be bouncy houses and other fun things for the kids to do. It’s a family affair.

The 1st Annual Ox Fest Musical Festival is brought to you by V Block “The Boss” and hosted by CoCo Filipina from 97.9. A part of the proceeds will be donated to help the homeless and provide food for local food banks.



Petey Pablo born in Greenville, NC brought us one of the hottest NC anthems in summer 2001 with his first single “Raise Up” produced by Timbaland. After getting signed to Jive Records, Petey Pablo began working on his debut album. “Raise Up” got heavy rotation on MTV and heavy airplay on urban radio, and reached number 25 on the Billboard Hot 100. Petey Pablo’s debut album Diary of a Sinner: 1st Entry peaked at number 13 on the Billboard 200 and was certified Gold by the RIAA. The lead single off the album, “Freek-a-Leek“, produced by Lil Jon ended up being Petey Pablo’s biggest hit single of his career by reaching number 7 on the Billboard Hot 100. Also in 2004, Petey Pablo topped the charts with his feature on Ciara‘s hit single “Goodies” which topped the Billboard Hot 100. 



Pastor Troy by way of College Park Georgia is a rapper and producer. He is also a member of the rap group D.S.G.B. (Down South Georgia Boyz). He released his first album, We Ready (I Declare War), in 1999. Ludacris featured Troy on his album Back for the First Time in the song “Get Off Me.” He was also featured on the collaborative album Kings of Crunk by Lil Jon in the song “Throw it Up”. Troy and Lil’ Jon reached the top of the charts in the south with songs such as “Vice Versa” and “Throw it Up”.

The OX Fest Music Festival brings artists, fans, and music professionals together with film and video industry creatives for a unique celebration, discussion, and exploration of music — discovering new talent, making personal and business connections, and enjoying a weekend of great live performances.

Not limited by genre or regional focus, everyone from fellow musicians to industry professionals and creatives from every field can enjoy a variety of musical styles at Oxfest. New, developing, and established Showcasing Artists from various countries are represented each year amongst the scores of musical performers looking to enhance their careers by reaching new audiences.

Showcases are curated by Oxfest in collaboration with record labels, booking agencies, management and PR firms, export offices, publishers, media outlets, lifestyle brands, festivals, and more.
