
To no one’s surprise, President Donald Trump is threatening to pull the Republican National Convention from North Carolina if Governor Roy Cooper doesn’t guarantee him that there will be 100 % attendance, despite the phase orders.
The conference is set to take place on August 24, 2020 in Charlotte, NC at the Spectrum Center. Donald Trump is not in favor of Governor Cooper’s “Shut Down Orders”. He made a series of tweets earlier today stating that a lot of money and are being made to bring the convention to North Carolina. He is demanding an immediate answer from Cooper stating if they can use the center at its full capacity, if not then he will be forced to relocate.
