Casey Anthony filed paperwork last December to open a private investigation company in West Palm Beach, Florida. She is a registered agent of Case Research & Consulting Services, LLC. The business is registered to a home owned by Patrick McKenna. Mckenna was Anthony’s lead investigator for her defense team in her 2011 trial.
Anthony was charged with first-degree murder for the 2008 disappearance of her daughter Caylee. Caylee had been missing for 31 days before Anthony’s mother reported Caylee missing. Her remains were found in a wooded area less than a mile from Anthony’s parents’ home.
According to People, a source close to Anthony says that she wants to help people facing serious legal charges.
She knows what it’s like to be accused of something that she didn’t do. She wants to help other wrongfully accused people, especially women, and help them get justice.
Since Anthony is a convicted felon due to check fraud, she will not apply for a private investigator license.
