April 25, 2002, Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes was tragically killed in a car crash while on vacation in Honduras. It has been 18 long years since the most outspoken person of TLC has left us.

In case you have been living under a rock, Left Eye was 1/3 of the group TLC. She was born in Philadelphia, but later moved to Atlanta, where she formed TLC with T-Boz and Chilli. The trio’s 1992 debut LP, Ooooooohhh … On the TLC Tip, produced the top 10 hits “Baby-Baby-Baby,” “Ain’t 2 Proud 2 Beg” and “What About Your Friends.”

TLC is one of the biggest selling girl groups of ALL TIME! Left Eye will forever be missed.
